My first shot at doing that magic/energy beam effect that everyone does. I did mine in a massively different style than the norm, wanted to try an original look.

Alright, a lot of you have already seen this posted in the stickpage showoff forums. I wanted to try submitting something to the new flash portal.

Other random things:

-this was done on my new Wacom graphics tablet
-took a total of 2 hours to completely finish
-the mage character is from a larger project I have in the works
