decapitation comp entry

I made an entry for my decapitation cometition to get some more practice.

they keep slowing down alot when I convert them to a gif though. I set the frame rate to max, and am using super sample 2 in pivot 3 beta. halpz meh pleez!!!

Oh, and are you using firefox or IE?

and my anims look alot better when they're up to speed.

Ah, so that's the problem.

Never, I repeat, NEVER use Internet Explorer to view gifs. It slows 'em down. Download firefox ;)

If you're not following that, then there's a chance you've been messing up your .gifs for a while.

As the others said, it might just be your browser, or it could be that you're spacing movements smaller than they should be.
