Yeah okay thanks I think i see what u mean like the arm falls to slow he hits his head with a bat to slow to make any damage ill remake and see how it looks thanks for the response

The arm falls off the fast, and all of the object that fall need to fall REALISTICLY.
or how ever you spell that.
Anyways, work on the stuff more.

the second one is definatly better, but they both look like someones first animation.
1. you need to work on EASING as lot, because that, and physics, may be the most important things on pivot. if you dont know what easing is, here is an example that is used a lot to help out beginners:

2. each number represents a frame, and each space in between the |'s represents how much you move the limb, object.
3. another thing to work on is to not use the default stick. it has no back bone, making basically any movement very, very stiff.
4. work on putting in a floor, and making his body always in a realistic stance.
5. make sure you move EVERY LIMB on EVERY FRAME, because humans are never really perfectly still.
6. always remember to watch your animations and ask yourself, "if i was this stickman, would it be possible for me to do that?" and, "are his movemts smooth, and not choppy?"
7. dont use the blood .stks that someone has already made, because they are meant to be blood stains on a wall of an environment or something. the best blood comes from many little circles and lines that gets smaller and smaller as the blood dissapates.
8. never just make weapons dissapear from no where. for example, when he reaches for the bat, he moves his arm down to his waist, and *POOF*, theres the bat in hsi hands. have a weapon rack or something else where he can grab the weapons from. if all else fails, just have a weapon fade into view by making it light grey, med gray, dark grey, and then black, but dont forget to keep moving the stick figure as the item fades in.
9. before even thinking about making another animation, go to the pivot tutorials section, and read EVERY TUTORIAL. each tutorial will help you on a different aspect of animating, and will give you an advantage against other beginners.
10. post int eh beginners section, until you aren't a beginner anymore. even if people don't comment on your animations very much, doesn't mean you can't get better. the most important thing is to practice as much as you can every day, and dont feel like every animation you make has to be posted.
I HOPE THIS COMMENT HELPED, AND IF YOU TAKE EVERYTHING I SAID INTO CONSIDERATION, YOU WILL BE OUT OF THE BEGINNERS SECTION IN NO TIME.

You have the tutorial section for that.
Try to make tests about walking, running and other movements.
Also, use other stickmen.
Then post that.

also make his reactions realistic, he doesn't react to the torture he is inflicting on himself in any way.
