I reckon the fps need to be higher, the flip in the air was decent, otherwise, work on stuff...

add more frames to make it smoother, and often your only moving one or two limbs when you should be moving as many as possible.

Good for a beginners animation, but needs some practise though.

Make the animation faster and learn easing and you'll be okay.
