First of all i would like to say your a pretty good animator, and have a good future for it. I liked how you moved the camera and all. Also the action in the first animation was entertaining.

Now about your animations, they were choppy , try to ease it more. Also , Your animations are slow , try changing the speeds on them , slower makes it look more choppy while faster makes it less choppy , but not to fast now.

Over all good animations , work on easing.

but for the speed, I dont know how he can be slow like this , i think its the browswer or the gif animation save.....
i'm gonna chek this point..
