It's choppy, stiff lacks good movements, it's length is short and the physics are non-existant.

On the plus side,I see you have a monkey with a gun as your avatar.

Like almost every other new guy who comes here, it seems...


Anyway, yeah. everything seemed a bit too fast/uneased. Loads of stiffness.
Try doing some simple tests to help you remember how to animate.
I think I remember you. Not sure.
