Awesome. Backflip was really smooth and well-eased.
However, I think that a person would fall more quickly than that. Seems like he momentarily floats in the air while he flips.
Disregarding that, it's a good backflip. And yeah, it's not really a tutorial if there isn't a step by step thing for people to learn.

The tutorial is pretty much a video of pf0 making the backflip, so I guess you could ask him to send you the piv. if you want.
