First find a Frame you want to double frame on. Then click next frame twice.

Okay but really. You want to exagerate movements during the process of double framing two frames. On the third frame you want the highley anticipated action to occur then ease out.

So it goes.

I don't really get the concept of double framing. I tried it, and i think it just made my animation look choppy.

I dont like the idea of double framing, iv seen it done, i diddnt like it, makes the animation look unrealistic, therefore i dont do it
