How to make an animation.

Step 1
Download an animation program.
All programs and descriptions to be found here.

Step 2
Read some tuts found here.

Step 3
Animate for a few days before showing it on the forums, be prepared to accept harsh critisism, and don't get discouraged. The best of the best were once newbs at animating.

Step 4
Making a series.
When your comments are along the lines of, "You're a really good animator" think up an idea for a series, and plan it well, then animate it as best you can.

Tips
- Be ready for harsh critisism and learn from it.
- Don't be afraid of what others might think when animating.
- Be ready to spend at least 30 seconds per frame.
- If you get flamed, ignore it.
- Don't think becoming a good animator happens overnight, it takes at least a year to get great at it.
-Try to come up with original ideas for animations.
