Well, Alot of people make theyres thin, it looks kind of wierd, i make mine normal.

When you draw the head, make sure line is disabled leaving just fill.

Your arms are too long and stick width is a matter of personal preference. I can find several animations with pencil thin stick figures that look amazing.

Putting it on another layer would make it much easier to animate.. but whatever your tutorial not mine. =]

And you use Adobe Flash to animate.

Ive been waiting so long. i want to start animating in flash. i finally got flash 8 for free! im used to eztoons and flash is a lil complicated. im gettin kinda used to FBF but. how do u increase the size of the lines. whenever i use the line tool its so thin. any1 can help me? and those stickfigures with the black outline around them how do u make that. soz for posting in ur tut im really new.

EDIT: dont listen to the above. i figured it all out. lol

Well when i downloaded the flash mx trial it only went to 10. i think the trial does that. try getting the full.:p

This is a pretty useless tut, I mean come on, everybody knows how to draw a stickman. Also, animations can also be awesome with different sizes. Take Cosemoth for example, his sticks are very thin and he is one of the best animators in my opinion.

Well... Me yes... XD To be honest I hesitated between the Line Tool or the Brush Tool to draw my stick, now I know. (The brush tool is also useful I think)

Anyway, too bad Flash MX can only rich 10 of Stroke Height. :S

Well it helped me, I'm a noob to this and I did have my stickmen thin and i used the brush tool, so i learned something to use line tool and make it 15 lol.

I myself found this a tad bit confusing , or hopeless. I am new to flash and have been trying to flash but, apparently I can only brush it, line animations seem to odd to have to redraw my lines over and over again it is just like the brush tool to me, I guess it is because people are talking about the bend tooll, and I have no idea what that is... Pretty basic tut , it doesn't explain much at all, but alright I guess..
