Very very simple tutorial requiring one download, just one!
Let's start with getting your spray image, make it a bitmap in paint or it wont open, now, open Google and search "HL Tag Converter" and find a porn free website or you'll be in trouble!
Now, presuming that you have it, just open the EXE and find your picture with it. If it is too big, clicking "Ajust Image" Will make it the biggest possible and keeping it as clear as possible, you'll have to now think for a minute.
When you have ajusted the image, click "Save tag" and save it to your Cstrike file as a WAD and save it as tempdecal. Now go into where you saved your sexy tag and delete the custom.hpk file. (Don't worry about deleting it, it will restore after you restart your computer set to the new spray.)
And now you're done. If this was too hard to follow then go to Google and find a link called Counter-Spray. That should be easier.
