When you make an anim, you might have a bit of walking in it ( a guy walking...)
But when you do the walking part, it'll probably look like this:

If you look at his arms, you'll see that the guy is doing this:

( Look closely at the arms. FPS at 5.)
Here's how to make stickmen walk with the arms swinging properly.
First, you start with this:

Then you carry on. BUT!! when you get to the part when it normally loops, you do something different.
You draw the arms differently on the next few frames after the picture up there. \/ arrow point.

Add frames until you get to the loop part again, but this time, don't add more frames.
Then, when you're done, you might have something like this:

and before I forget... BLAH! * head blows off... again*
