Yes, yes it does. But not spam, that will get you infractioned, banned, or your posts will be deleted and you will have to start over.
EDIT: mr.mcstick, the dropdown bar I think you are reffering to is "file"
EDIT:
When you are saving the animation, you see underneath where you type the title it says .piv? Click the arrow on the side of that bar and then click .gif.

Did you even read the tutorial? YOu don't need 20 posts unless you're posting nothing but a URL. If you press the http://www.stickpageportal.com/forums/images/editor/insertimage.gif button or put on one side of your URL and on the end, you can post your animated GIF without 20 posts.

Well then dude, you probably have your fps too high, remember the maximum .gif can handle is 17 fps. it doesn't go faster than that.

Dude, why don't you make an animation of that image? It's a little tutorial for YOU!

1. Create the animation.
2. Send it to StickpagePortal.
3. Search for The Pirate in the search box down at the bottom of the page in the flash portal.
4. Write a thread to The Pirate via 1 of his movies telling him to watch your movie.
5. Tell him the name so he can look it up(try not to make it too obvious that your trying to annoy him, or he won't watch it.).
6. Make sure you do NOT put any comments or descriptions about the movie.
7. Put in the image of the part BEFORE the sticks start talking.
8. Have fun annoying the heck out of The Pirate!

Im suggesting this tutorial should be upgraded, and made more indepth. I could make a new thread but it would be pointless.

Heres an idea:

Pivot 2.2.5:

When the animation is finished:

1. Save as .gif
2. Uncheck merge
3. Set frame delay to 6
4. Set resize to 50%

Pivot 3.0/3.1:

When the animation is finished:

1. Save as .gif
2. Uncheck merge
3. Set supersample to 4
4. Set resize to 50%

Now once steps 1-4 are finished (for 2.2.5 and 3.0/3.1 users):

5. Open www.imageshack.us
6. Click the 'browse' button
7. Find your animation (.gif) and click 'ok'
8. When the upload is finished, you will be redirected to another page, copy the link in the 'Direct Link To Image' box.
9. Return to Stickpage (or wherever you want to post the animation)
10. Create a new post in the apropriate section (Community animations>Pivot>Beginner section).
11. Above the white text box you will see many little buttons. Click the button that says 'Image' when you scroll over it.
12. Paste the link you copied earlier in the pop up and press ok.
13. A code should appear in your text box. It should appear similar to this:

It may appear like this while you are creating your post, but when you finish you post, it will appear as a moving gif (your animation)

14. Click ok to finish making your post. You have now successfully posted for pivot animation Congratulations!

I suggest creating your animations at 20 Fps. Most great pivot animators animate at 20Fps including me.

Meanings:

.gif: An image type that supports images containing multiple frames
Merge: When enabled it merges all identical frames, meaning if you have a pause in your animation, that pause will be reduced to one frame, it is recommended that you uncheck merge.
Supersample: Like anti aliasing, it softens the edges of your animation, making it look smoother and less pixelated.
Resize: Resizes the animations Height and Width, 50% is recommended.
Post: A new post in a thread.
Link: A URL to a specific page or picture ect.

Good idea. My only problem with that is the 20fps part. It might work if you imported your animation into flash, but it doesn't work for the method that you're teaching of uploading. You need 16 or 16.6 for imageshack.

You cannot upload to stickpage.com. Only here. On the front page, people might actually see it, and that's to be avoided at all costs.

Use the pivot section, and read the tutorial on the first page. It will tell you why your animation is not moving.

Yeah i try to upload one as my avatar but i get no dice. It has my first image in the animation, but it dosen't move.Yes i'm uploading it as a GIF and going to imageshack (yes theres already a tut like this) and i upload. bla bla bla copy paste to here but the animation dosen't move.

Notice my avatar should be two stickmen and a ball being bounced off their heads.

Well i just changed it to a smaller animation (though the people look bigger) it still won't work. So i put it to 2(size) this time, it's only like 2 kb and the animation is the size that it automaticly puts you on so...Any more tips?

i've tried imageshack and just pressing browse and getting it from there , i'm just trying to get an avatar.Is it just my version of Pivot or is it my computer?Maybe if i leave merge on it'll upload.
