[Flash] How To Upload Your Animation

so you have this animation that you have been working on for... lets say...
4 hours
and then you go:

HEY!
what a beautiful day today!
why dont i download this awsome anim and post it on stickpage!!
(or stickpageportal, whatever floats your boat)

but then two mins later you go:

damn it!!!
i dont know how!!

WELL!
this tutorial will show you!!!
*tip* right click and then click zoom to see the pics easier *tip*

(btw, i am using flash 8)
first make your animation
then go to file>save as>
once your done that go to export>export movie

now, when you have clicked export movie it should look like this:

(except i have a bunch of saved stuff)
NOW!
go to the drop down menu that says

Save as type:
save it as a: Flash Movie (*.swf)
and name ur animation what ever you want

okay, so far, so good

now go to a website where you can download your animation

(www.photobucket.com, www.imageshack.us, etc)
(im using photobucket)

copy the URL code (it's circled) *Tip* Highlight the code and press CTL+C

Then after that, go to www.stickpageportal.com and go to the stickfourm, and then go to the flash section
make a thread and paste the url code into the thread
and thats it

Thats how I make my flash stuff, for other stuff like pics I take my thing

export>movie>animated gif.

export>movie>gif.

export>movie>bitmap

export>movie>jpeg.

and junk.

hey dude, what if i have an animation that has some sounds, music and it cant be upload on any of those webs (www.photobucket.com, www.imageshack.us, etc) because of the Size (1.74MB) or more, i try on do it as AVI but it give me a bad quality. what can i do ???? i need help !!!!!!
