First Time Batting

well i made an anim.... its a dood swing a bat at a ball... i know it dont look very good, so please give me tips on how to improve the arms and the swinging motion.

a bit choppy, ive never tried it, so, I dont know how I should comment, but, try making it go under if your going to do it that way next time, k?

Wrong way to swing a bat.
Make the stick carry the bat on his shoulders, then make it swing lower than up. Making a "U" formation. It's a bit choppy too.

my dad said that you had to make the bat and the sticks arms smaller as it goes from the back to the head

But it takes time making the bat like that..
