And there's like three frames of choppy, screen-filling running, I can't follow it.

www.droidz.org is a gr8 site ,go on it but then you try and make a running animation(with the army man) you might not make 1 better

WOAH! way choppy. the stk looks ok... i cant make out any details kuz he goes by soo fast. try to make the run a bit less choppy. add a lot of frames and look at the tuts.
