Try something simpler! Like tests....My story (again!):

I was high beg, couldnt imrpove.
pf0 mentored me, and I said, 'from basics?'
He agreed, I did millions and millions of tests, didnt post 'em, just sent Pf0 them.
(Ps, most of them, were walk tests, 'cause then I fully understood easing..)
Then, after walking, I did runs, and lernt wat stiffness ACTUALLY was! lol, and my animations, now, flow nicely! ^^

I improved, so quickly, after I restarted pivot.

since we have firefox, our browsers aren't as slow as yours. Slow down the animation, all I see is a bunch of grayish-black blurs

Yeah, i just got it... When i was trying to ease, i would increase the amount of movement way too little. For example: The punch that i made was 15 frames rather than the 10 in the tutorial.

the run is a BIT too fast lol, but the punch is perfect now.

The punch is nowhere near perfect , it stop too sudden and bends upwards for some reason , and is stiff as hell.

Im pretty sure they mean speed wise. The bend upward is because i was going to go into another punch, but i decided to make sure that the speed was right.

You can see the end of the lines when he lands on it... Plus the arms randomly stop for a couple frames (after the stk hits te ground), but the lines that are the ground keep moving. The stk moves a couple pixels over during the fall. Just a couple things i could pick out... But its pretty cool!

Clouds: Np. I personally don't like being critized at all, so unless i personally know the person, i hate flamming. But, i do know that constructive critism is helpful, so im glad to give it and take it if its helpful!

PS: To avoid the lagginess, when you upload the pic onto imageshack or whatever you are using, right click, go to properties, then get the Adress(URL). Post that as a [IMG.][/IMG.] (without the . in it). Then its not laggy and runs at the same speed for everyone!

Kaz: No offense... but i highly doubt that im not a beginner (unless there is something lower), mostly because ive only been doing this for about a week. Besides, what would i be if i wasn't a beginner?

Mega: Im about to send the stks. I made 2, but got the other off droidz.

Liam: Aside from what was already said, the two randomly switch from being on top of the line to behind it... Its makes it look kind of wierd. Also, the blood coming out of the guy looks like its backwards...

At the end, when the there is the close up of the weapon in the "dead" guy, there is a string on the side that should be hanging down. Just a little thing, but other than that, it was really good for just beginning.

it was a pretty simple animation but the lines were kinda spazzy when they clashed horizontally, the fall was stiff but i see some improvement with your easing
EDIT:btw i might be posting an anim soon cause my mentor is gone....

1st one was an epic win, I just love shoop da woop! We don't rate at a scale of 1-10, we do low beginning to Pro or whatever is ahead of that.

After he was done with the lazer, he kind of moved up a little, I don't know if that is on purpose but it was kinda choppy.

The second one is pretty cool, he looks angery, but realisticly, the entire body has to move, so work on your walking.

The last one looks kind of wierd, but the run is better than I can do it.

In my book, you are a med beginner, probally better.
