i probly put this on wrong......

Step 1:
Save your .piv into .gif
Uncheck merge
Set frame delay to 6~7 for normal frame rate.
Shrink the frames by 1/2 or it will be too big.

Step 2:
Go to either www.imageshack.us ,www.pivothost.org , or www.filecram.com
I recommend one of them.
Upload your work there.
If you choose imageshack, I'd recommend you download the toolbar, so it's easier and faster to upload.

Step 3:
For Pivothost you should see a link already, copy and paste it here for the URL
For Imageshack you should see a heck lot of links in there with a first-frame-pic of your animation.
Scroll down the page till you see a link labeled with "Direct link". Copy it, and paste it here, it's your URL.
If you want to post it into image form, which you will need when you don't have 20 posts yet..
Type in *Paste your URL(Direct) Link here*
For Filecram just copy the Second code(BB link) for the direct link, First link HTML code for download.

Overall I think it's pretty good I guess, but the only problem is that the stickman's leg didn't really move at all, move the legs, and ease, then the animation would be excellent. =)

VERY stiff. Bad movements. blood was good for a beginner, but why did the blood just stop when it hit the ground? there was no easing at all. When the arms fell it just stopped on the ground, no bounce or anything.

Low beginner.

I think it's pretty good but I don't like how he tosses his arm, it should've fallen off a little bit earlier. I also don't like how the leg was stiff, I think the spine movments were decent and the arms were pretty good, I'm not certain it that was the best way his first arm could've fallen but it was pretty good and I like the blood.

false. you cannot be 'pretty good at smoothness'. Easing makes an animation smooth, therefor, little easing = not that smooth. Work on easing, physics, movements, and making things less stiff.

oh,thats the problem right there.if your useing pivot 3 beta,put the speed up to at least 18 or so.then,when your done with the animation,and want to save it,put the frame rate at about......27.then it should be smooth.

The blood was bad, and I could tell you were using an enlarge stick because...it was sticking out of the stick. The stick was stiff, and the fall was way too slow and unrealistic.

Good. Don't focus on any specil fx, blod, or anything like that at your level. Just focus on the basics. Once you master that, you can step up to harder stuff.

No one ever said sabers were impossible in pivot, they're quite easy, with the right stks, and yours was worthless, not even worth posting.

umm... crap i didnt make any more pivot since a lot of weeks. i didnt get good. ill get back to work. as always here. but my stickmans skills improved since those weeks. he killed sticks that kill other sticks and he is a hero now. hes got more weapons too. hes also got deathmatch awards. hes got 5 of them: one shot four kills, invinceability, pistol only, gold damage to enemys [100645] and gold kills [600]. and now in stickworld theres the deathmatch compitition [15 rounds, 1000 enemys, winner gets a new weapon witch is more powerful then a nucler bomb] and he signed up. 2 more days til that starts but it does not include weapons. his unarmed attacking and dodging is 100% exellent and hes got hell loads of magic. he says "it will be easy for me so dont worry i wont die!" im trying to belive that but its not easy on round 15 cause there will be 5 ultimite fighters that never died. i think that new100 will survive but theres no escape so its gonna be a little hard.

it was okay... the physics were kind of off, it was really choppy there and there, and when he steps back in the middle, it looks really stiff and choppy, also the head on the guy looks retarded and jagged. one last thing, when someone charges for a jump, their feet stay in the same place, it doesnt slide.

Ok first of all, Image shack doesn't slow my anims down (dont make an excuse cuz you dont know how to work the frame rate).
What we call soccer is what he calls football (different countries have different names)

low-med beginner, it was kinda stiff and choppy, and not a lot of easing, but the pause-scroll and the bounce on the LOL was nice, if the LOL bounce was bad i would have rated it low beginner.

Eh, that's good. I haven't used pivot in while, so I can't rank you. BUT, I do know the basics. For the most part, that look good. But, I'd have to say stiffiness is a probelm for you. And I didn't get the code wrong. What are you talking about? Lol.

And for the ambush, you could've had him fall from the sky, or materialize right behind him.

Low-Begginner. You need to work on physics, easing, stiffiness, and .stk making. Another thing; don't use effects yet. You need to focus more on the basics. (God I sound like Demi-Angel/Dragora.)

As for the running...basically the same thing. Make your run have more frames in between it so it looks real. And, your physics on the jump need work. Alot of work.

I'll tell you. The basics are Easing, physics, stiffiness, and smoothness. I'll explain all of them.

Easing- It means to make something move realistically. Like it starts out slow, speeds up, and slows down again.

Physics- You know, like gravity, how stuff moves. Physics is also important to make the animation realistic. (Unless you're in space.)

Stiffiness- It means that the stick's parts always move when performing an action. For instance, when you punch, don't you use like, your whole body? It doesn't just stand still and one arm moves. You'd look like a retard. Also used in realism.

Smoothness/Fluidness- Does you animation move jerky and spazzes out? That's an example of choppyness. The opposite is smoothness. Make sure the animation has decent spacing.

That's all right now. For tuts, go to official tutorials.

And for the animation, don't post your very 1st one. Otherwise you'll get flamed. But I have to say, you're going in the right direction with smootness and easing. But, you still need work.

It's better than my first animation, but I still see some really bad probs. He shouldn't stop mid-jump to kick, he should either be falling or going up not floating; his leg shouldn't bend forward PAST the knee.. Ouuchhh.
