Somewhat choppy (although that's probably just the slowness of the GIF), but with fairly good reactions and movements.

To save as GIF: Set frame delay to 6, uncheck merge, and set "shrink frames by" to 2:

Yea that should go on the main forum and besides now days all your animations are inter work you just have to make really long ones,like up to 500 or more
