Oh and Slice, its blood and the cracks is the screen breaking. I know it sucks. Anyway heres another animation of mine. It's pretty crap, got bored in about 2nd half on ani. Btw its a bit random. the lightning sucked!!!!!!
the figure type was good but alas,you animated it WRONG.
What you do is

frame 1-have the lightning stick in the animation
frame 2-select the lightning and press "flip",then turn it and don't keep it in the same position.
frame 3(optional)-if it hits the ground,show impact.
repeat frame 2 for every frame you have,and you need to animate the beam more

in pivot go to "load figure type",then select your desktop and it should be there

Tommy. I will tell you the bad points so you can improve on them on both animations.
Animation 1:
Falls weird, bullet goes slow then goes fast. And when he got shot by sniper, i feel the blood should of came out quicker. Keep trying mate.
Animation 2:
They float off the ground. When he throws sword in to him its a bit weird. Keep trying, your get better. I'm still pretty crap, but i'm ok-ish.

2.5/5 on the low-beginner scale.Only because it lacked main intrest,lacked effects which I am strict on(by effects I mean half of the blur),work on easing and that will result in a better animation.

you've seen some of my animations right..ya know the ones that are a lot better than 95% of the ones in this thread.Either way I don't know for sure.But what I do know is my animations are better than yours,akuzu.And I'm not even medium beginner.I'm not trying to discourage you or anything.But I get irritated when people ask that when I'm better than them. it was alright,work on physics,blood,easing,smoothing,effects,the usual.and the cinime thing is supposed to show a zoomed in thing,so I couln't tell if the figures were taller than 100 pixels.Keep working on it and if it's not finished work on the stuff I listed in this post....damn this is a long post.lol.

Yeah, work on the choppyness of the beam, if its a good effect, the choppyness kills it. The beam was okay but beams don't need 5 or 6 diffrent colors, its just needs 2 or maybe 3 with a good look to it.

The kick had very little force to it and it just swung. To build more of a kicking motion you need to bend the knee and when he brings his leg back make it slow down once its close to its desination and put in a frame of no movement right after that then swing the leg forward... Thats how I do it atleast. Whatever, give it a try.

The running isn't choppy on that test I did with the running. It's proberbly your computer.
