Guide to Cell Shading

Ok. First we begin with a basic picture.

Thats lili off of Psychonauts.

First, click and hold the Lasso tool, and select Polygonal lasso tool. This is the best for cell shading.

Then select any area with similar colors, and fill with the base color.
Edit>>Fill>>Base color.

Keep doing that until you are done. This is what a finished Cell shade will look like.

try Edit > FILL > Basecolor

Yea I know the rules, but If I edit, it wont show up on the main index, anyway, my 7.0 doesnt have that option.
